Radon Mitigation Solutions Built for Commercial Properties
Every building is different. RMS designs and installs radon mitigation systems based on your property’s specific construction type, radon levels, and compliance requirements. Here’s how we do it.

Active Soil Depressurization (ASD)
The EPA’s recommended standard for radon reduction. ASD systems create negative pressure beneath your foundation to draw radon out before it enters occupied spaces — sized and engineered for your specific building.

Crawlspace Sub-Membrane Depressurization
For crawlspace foundations, RMS installs a sealed membrane paired with a depressurization system that blocks radon from migrating up through the soil. Particularly effective in Florida’s climate and soil conditions.

Mechanical Ventilation (ERV) Systems
Where sub-slab depressurization isn’t practical, Energy Recovery Ventilators dilute indoor radon through controlled fresh air exchange while supporting overall indoor air quality.

Radon Testing
Every mitigation project starts with accurate, certified testing. RMS establishes baseline radon levels, informs system design, and verifies post-mitigation performance — all documented to Florida DOH and EPA standards.
From Testing to Installation, We Handle Every Phase
RMS manages the full scope of your radon project — from initial assessment and system design through installation, post-mitigation testing, and compliance documentation. You get a single certified contractor accountable for the entire process.
